Training: Mercury experience and any certified training will be a major advantage, but if you have experience in servicing another brand that is great too, we provide our technicians with free ongoing training through Mercury University as well as courses at Mercury NZ in Auckland. This warranty covers the following: 1. Mechanical Defects - This warranty covers significant mechanical defects that may arise within 90 days from the date of purchase. The coverage includes issues related to the boat's engine, transmission, and other critical mechanical components. 2. Repair or Replacement - If a defect covered by this warranty is found within the 90-day period, Mercury Bay Marine will, at its discretion, repair the defective part(s) or replace them at no cost to the buyer. Exclusions This warranty does not cover the following: Normal Wear and Tear - Any issues arising from the normal wear and tear of the boat or its components are not covered under this warranty. Misuse or Damage - Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, neglect, accidents, or modifications to the boat is excluded from coverage. Consumable Parts - Parts that are subject to regular maintenance and replacement, such as filters, belts, hoses, and batteries, are not covered.
