This warranty covers the following: 1. Mechanical Defects - This warranty covers significant mechanical defects that may arise within 90 days from the date of purchase. Repair or Replacement - If a defect covered by this warranty is found within the 90-day period, Mercury Bay Marine will, at its discretion, repair the defective part(s) or replace them at no cost to the buyer. Exclusions This warranty does not cover the following: Normal Wear and Tear - Any issues arising from the normal wear and tear of the boat or its components are not covered under this warranty.
