Did you know we Price Match ?

 

 If you find an identical product that has a lower price elsewhere, Mercury Bay Marine will match that price as long as the price match meets the following terms and conditions-

Please present proof of competitor pricing (e.g. mailer, quote, website listing) with us for verification and ensure that all Price Match Terms and Conditions are satisfied as outlined below.

The purchase must take place within 7 days of the lower price having been advertised and must still be available at that price from the competitor.

The product must be the same make and model, including being a new-boxed product.

We will match the price of our competitors based on product price and delivery (We match the cost of the total order which includes the price of the product and delivery combined).

Price Match does not apply to any product(s) redeemed from Mercury Bay Marine in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim or third party redemption scheme.

Price Match applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a New Zealand retailer. Excludes Workshop, trade quotes, stock liquidations, commercial quantities, clearance and parallel imported products. All New Zealand retailer website product offers will be considered where the product is the same.

Price Match does not include typographical errors.

The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price compare

Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any additional Mercury Bay Marine or Boating and Outdoors product offers such as bonus product.

To be eligible for our Price Match, you must present either an advertisement, website or an authorised quote card from an eligible competitor in order for us to fulfill the match. Price Match applies where the other store's final price, inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges, is lower than our price.

Online orders are available for price matching by phone only.

Mercury Bay Marine reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.

The Price Match may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Mercury Bay Marine's usual terms and conditions of trade.

Excludes expired offers, auction listings, trade quotes, wholesale quantities, warehouse stock, shipping promotions, liquidation or clearance stock, end of range and short dated stock, damaged stock, international retailers, insurance claims, advertising errors by other retailers, services and gift with purchase deals.

The information you provide Mercury Bay Marine will only be used to provide the Price Match to you or to discuss with you your Price Match claim.
